usersandgroups should also affect the ebox itself

Hi there,

it would be quite cool if the usersandgroups-module would also be used by the ebox-web-interface itself, so that different users marked as "ebox-admin" or so could set certain settings too (for example a user "useradmin" who can administrate users and groups but not change interface/network-settings, or some "filteradmin" who can change proxy-filter-policies but nothing else).
