Fix plot drawing when its dimensions are zero

Description

4 unhandled JS exceptions are arisen. 

uncaught exception: Invalid dimensions for plot, width = 0, height = 0

Line 0

The steps to reproduce the bug are the following:

  • Toggle sections in Network interfaces widget
  • Reload the page, ie call Dashboard/Index.pm

can you provide us more feedback for the JS file you have just added?.

Is the same error that is explained in the ticket or is another different?. How you have obtained this file?.
