Allow users created from egroupware interface be available for eBox

This would be possible with some kind of hook in egroupware.

This also require to configure egroupware option for "minimum UID" to be assigned when creating users.

We are not doing this, the creation of users from eGroupware should be avoided. Anyway, the users can be created from eBox and then modified from eGroupware without problem.
