Fix ebox-egroupware conflict with ebox-webserver

Description

Both packages have to manage the apache daemon and while we don't have a clean way to do it. So, as a precautionary measure the ebox-egroupware package will conflict with ebox-webserver during this time.

Fixed integration with ebox-webserver adding dependency on it (closes #1292)

Change ebox-egw-account.schema (phpgwAccount no longer exists)
