Include NTP option in DHCP server configuration

Description

As requested so many times. The available values are:

  • None (Default value)
  • eBox (Only available if NTP module is installed and enabled)
  • Custom (A list of NTP servers using commas is available)

  • Added description optional field to fixed address table
  • Added NTP server configuration setting to DHCP common options closes #1652
  • Added dynamic DNS updates from DHCP server when an IP address is leased/released closes #1644
