Multisession supoort for disk backups

Description

Currently the backup system only accepts blank media for writing backup disks (if the media is erasable it erases it otherwise the process is not carried on).

A improvement will use multisession writing to 'overwrite' the last backup fileor, better, allow multple backups reside in the same disc

we don't have anymore the write to optical feature so this ticket has not longer any sense
