When users are logging off and on the following errors appear

I already ran slapindex, and corrected file rights, but got no result. There is also no problem with normal functionality, but i would like to see this resolved.

Also, running slapd in debug (full debug and trace calls) resulted nothing.",defect,closed,nice to have someday,users,major,fixed,slapd syslog error,
