duplicate code!?

Description

I am using ebox 1.5.6, I got problem with ebox and I chase the problem and found that the /usr/share/perl5/EBox/ThirdParty/Apache2/AuthCookie.pm have duplicate code. Line 534-1051 is copy from line 16-533. It's no matter to my problem and I just wonder why there have duplicate code. The /usr/share/perl5/EBox/ThirdParty/Apache2/AuthCookie/Util.pm also. I am not a perl programmer, I dun know is it necessary or not. However I delete the duplicate code seems no effect to ebox.
