Sorry I am new in this and do not know how to install the Changeset 17358

I search in google but I do not understand how to apply the changes of the files that the changeset 17358 describes. Please help!!! I tried looking for the file in /root/trunk etc but that directory does not exists. PLEASE HELP!!
