ebox Refuses DNS query request from other machine in intranet

Description

Hi.

I have an ebox machine running on ubuntu HardyHeron? 8.04.3 JeOS. I installed a DNS module in this machine and set the resolver to other intranet DNS server. The problem is, this ebox allow other machine to querying public internet domain but refuses query request to intranet domain.

And one more thing, how can i manually edit ebox's DNS entries using text editor? Which directory should i go to??
