I've made a reboot, but to di this i have to kill an running process (some ebox .cmd file) - now system is rebootet and some ebox services are running.
Apache is not running with fresh rebooted system.

I cannot reproduce this failure, did you upgraded from a previous ebox installation?

I can confirm the same behavior on a manual installation on an existing Ubuntu 10.04 system. The install hung like commi1993 explained above, after a reboot I attempted to run the install again in which it reported dpkg was interrupted and I needed to run dpkg --configure -a to correct the issue.
sysadmin@zentyal:~$ sudo dpkg --configure -a Processing triggers for libc-bin ... ldconfig deferred processing now taking place Setting up ebox (2.0) ... sudo: sudo: sudo: /usr/bin/sudo -p sudo: /var/lib/ebox/tmp/kbdO6bU20X.cmd 2> /var/lib/ebox/tmp/stderr raised the following sudo error: Sorry, try again.

Granted trying to repair a broken installation is not ideally a supported way to install I thought it would be worth a try.

- Status changed from new to closed
- Resolution set to fixed
Probably you are using modified ubuntu server image, xen vm, etc..
You must add this line at the botton of the /etc/sudoers file:
#includedir /etc/sudoers.d
Thx Zentyal IRC channel ;)
