Exception class for EBox::Sudo::command

Description

EBox::Sudo::Command may throw a special exception class for signaling failure. This class would be similiar to EBox::Exceptions::Sudo::Command.

EBox::Exceptions::Sudo::Command itself should be modified to be sublass of bott the new excpetin class and EBox::Exceptions::Sudo::Base
