Hello,
I am new to Zentyal, but thanks to the GUI and structure to configure the system as a gateway. I just don't understand the log of AntiVirus? indicated that "Status:The antivirus database has not been updated since the module was enabled", although the uptime is more than one week. Zentyal doesn't let me use root account, so I don't know how top update Freshclam manually.
Please help!

I have the same status of antivirus database update about 2 days. However var/log/clamav/freshclam.log shows that clamav is up to date:

Hello I have the same situation. Status: The antivirus database has not been updated since the module was enabled I tried to install zentyal-2.0-1-i386.iso and zentyal-2.0-1-amd64.iso on KVM.

After these changes Status: Last update successful, but in the Dashboard-> Module Status displays Antivirus - Stopped

Could you check if clamd and freshclam daemons are running? If not, could you check /var/log/clamav/clamav.log and /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log for details?

What version of the ebox-antivirus package are you using?
Can you confirm this still happens in the last 2.0.4 version? We can't reproduce it.
To log in to a shell you can use the same account that you are using to log in to Zentyal, you can use sudo to run privileged commands.
We'll investigate the updates problem. Could you please attach your ebox.log?
