I tried to move some widgets on dashboard and it occurs some bugs, after saving changes I can't come back do dashboard because there is message

trafficshaping module already has changed state

Please look at enclosed log file.

Could you please describe the steps you followed more accuratelly? Did you only "moved some widgets"? I cannot reproduce this failure.
