Initial Dashboard problem

I installed squid and after trying to put a text file as a blacklist filter problems occurred. Squid uninstalled and install again gave trouble. From then on no more opened Dashboard.

This problem with blacklists seems a duplicate of #2278, we'll try to fix it asap.
