Description
I have a slave server setup with both mail, samba, voip and jabber modules. With the new userandgroups 2.02, i am able to sync both users and groups successfully between master and slave. With that i proceed to setup my users for mail, samba, voip and jabber modules. Test them and all modules worked without a glitches. When all is well, I reboot the server and slave server will stuck at Zentyal splash screen. Pressing esc brings me to the startup in verbose mode with the message stuck at "starting ebox network".
Opening another console, i issue "top" command and realize that the process "S20ebox" is running at 100% all the time. Further investigation revealed that "S20ebox" is actually a soft link to /etc/init.d/ebox.
Finally after about 1 hour, the slave boot but https://localhost is not showing the login screen for Zentyal. Issuing "tail /var/log/syslog" tells me that server is unable to contact ldap server. I remember there is a forum thread talking about installing mail modules in slave server and stuck at startup also. http://forum.zentyal.org/index.php?topic=5000.0 So i proceed to uninstall mail modules using "sudo apt-get remove ebox-mail". After the uninstallation is done, i am able to login into Zentyal web console and check that all other services are running.
Obviously this is a bug with mail module installed, the slave is unable to startup. Even after an hour of waiting and getting into LXE desktop successfully, zentyal services will not run.
Thanks

I'm having the exact same issue as you, as reported on http://forum.zentyal.org/index.php?topic=5000.0 Tryed with PAM, without PAM, It keeps sucking all available ram and 100% cpu, and does not start.Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to make it work, so I'm hoping zentyal staff can help.
