Only AD Distribution Groups end up rendered in squid.conf

Description

When I use group policies along with AD synchronization, I can create a new rule with any AD group. However it seems that only the rules pertaining to a certain group type and/or scope show up in the squid.conf file.

For example a rule using Domain Users will not show up but one using People will.

This issue should be fixed in 2.0, what version are you using?

It's probably a duplicate of #2000.
