to be able to reproduce and fix your bug I need some configuration files. The files needed are those with '.conf' extension in the directory /var/lib/ebox/conf/remoteservices/subscription/gateway/. (if there is only one file that's OK)

Hello,

this was a error due to having ',' and '.' characters in the company identifier in our database. I have changed the unallowed characters in the database.

Try to subscribe again but with a different name (if you use again the same name the incorrect files will be downloaded again)
