Installation Problem

I installed zentyal via the command line and I get the following error:

Same problem on my setup. Clean install - Maverick 32bit on a server platform

I can't reproduce this. If you are using 10.10 (maverick), take into account that Zentyal 2.0 only works with Ubuntu 10.04.

I have the same problem, but I am not trying to install 2.0. Rather 1.5 that are in the repository for Maverick. I do get the exact same error including the reference to 2.0 "dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of ebox-software:

As I said, Zentyal 2.0, the only stable and officially supported version, only works well with Ubuntu 10.04, we plan to prepare some working 2.0 packages for the next Ubuntu 11.04. eBox 1.5 was beta and it seems it was automatically copied from the lucid repository to the maverick one, because 2.0 was released in September when Maverick was already frozen so we can't prepare 2.0 packages.

I recommend you to stick to Lucid at the moment if you want to have a stable and tested Zentyal.

Did anyone find any solution to this? I'm trying to do a clean install and it's failing with the same error.

Sorry, there is no solution for this, we are not going to release 2.0 packages for maverick, but as said, we plan to release packages for 11.04 (natty).
