Is it a fresh install or a upgrade?
Using our installer or installing in top of Ubuntu Server?
Are you using master/slave?
Are you subscribed to the Cloud?

You can also execute this command:
dpkg -l | grep ebox | grep -v ii
If you see any output, try to execute: sudo dpkg --configure -a

its an running system only with automatik updates
i only would check logs

According to the output of your command the installation of the packages failed for some reason.
Have you tried to fix it running the command in my previous comment?
sudo dpkg --configure -a

Yes i have tried
at the grub update screen i had to say yes when i sayd no the same screen is showing
after these step via ssh the interface comes back in the systems updaes interface are these entries grub-pc GRand Unified Bootloader, version 2 (PC/BIOS version) 1.98-1ubuntu9 Security update quagga BGP/OSPF/RIP routing daemon 0.99.15-1ubuntu0.1 grub-common GRand Unified Bootloader, version 2 (common files) 1.98-1ubuntu9
should i do that ?? the server is miles away when he not reboots
