Are you using 2.1? Is your interface set as DHCP? If both answers are affirmative, it is a known bug on which we are already working on.

Anyway, probably you can workaround it by just running "/etc/init.d/zentyal network restart" a couple of times.

I have the same problem, i am using 2.2

/etc/init.d/zentyal network restart doesnt work

I have to use /etc/init.d/network restart and that doesnt solve problem either.

I have tried both zentyal iso install and also ubuntu LTS and adding zentyal after.

following this I can ping my gateway but not www.google.com suggesting dns error?

This was fixed in [21298]
