create repository containing the security updates for sarge and check its behaviour with ebox

Description

From the 0.8 version on, ebox is going to provide a repository with the security update packages reviewed by the ebox team, in case of one of them failing or generating any issues with the ebox installation, it will be modified.

The task for this ticket is creating such a repository and checking all the updates up to date, and fixing thouse which fail.

apache-perl is one of the packages which must be modified
