Error signing into Zentyal Cloud in Zentyal Dashboard.

Zentyal 2.0-3 64bit..

After purchasing the Professional Subscription and Technical support. I attempted to log into the Zentyal Cloud through Zentyal Dashboard. I was confronted with the following error message.
