There is not enough information to reproduce this.

If the fail has ocurred while installing packages through the Software Management tool, please attach your /var/log/ebox/software.log file.

We will need also to know the installed versions of your packages, you can check that with:

dpkg -l | grep ebox

Or "dpkg -l | grep zentyal" if you are using Zentyal 2.1.
