I did:
$sudo apt-get install ebox-cloud-prof
and

No problem after the commands (now: "Advanced Security Updates: Enabled"), but "Latest security update: Unknown".
Other service to restart?

If the service is show as enabled, Zentyal should have scheduled the download of the security updates.
If you want you can force the start of the process running /usr/share/zentyal-security-updates/update .
Cheers,
Javier

No more feedback, so I suppose you don't have more problems.
This was a cache problem' could you told us how you recovered the server?

Hello Javier,
Forgive me the delay in response.
It's all right and "Disaster Recovery" is running, but we haven't this service, just "Advanced Security Updates".

When I try '/usr/share/zentyal-security-updates/update force-restart', I get this: 'diocesano@ServWeb:~$ sudo /usr/share/zentyal-security-updates/update force-restart Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/share/perl5/HTML/Mason/Component/Subcomponent.pm line 34. Hello Pe,
The basic disaster recovery service is included from basic subscription onwards, that is, the remote configuration backup. That's why you see this in the widget, sorry if the given information is misleading.
Regarding to Advanced Security Updates, they are working as expected as you stated above so I close the ticket.
Best regards and thanks for using Zentyal!
Try the following commands to regenerate the cache:
Do you continue to have problems after this two commands?
