When /etc/cron.daily/ebox-software is running, don't let software management work

Description

When /etc/cron.daily/ebox-software is running, don't let software management work.

Now when that script is running, software management section says apt is busy.

(In [9100]) ebox-software cron script locks software module to work alone to hide corner cases making this module a little more stable closes #287 (spent 5.25)
