As we already are in the feature freeze period for 2.2 this will have to wait for Zentyal 2.3.
In the meanwhile, you can create a custom template of the samba.mas under /etc/zentyal/stubs/samba with any customizations you want. More info at: http://blogs.zentyal.org/jacalvo/2011/01/04/how-to-customize-the-configuration-files-generated-by-zentyal/

changed to enhancement as its a trival propperty to add, so feature request is an overstatement
as by comment from jacalvo@… it had to wait for 2.3 (milestone 3)...
severity changed to trivial as it is usefull, but not having any real impact.
