Bridge mode NIC as external

Hi,

I have a setup where I want to install KVM and run a virtual machine within Zentyal for this I must bridge my NIC's, My problem is when I add a bridge to both the NIC's eth0 = external = br1 and eth1 = internal = br2 both bridges on dashboard are showing as external , I have seen the Ticket #2812 that has a similar problem and its resolve Changeset 21327 show the fix for this but on exporting the Configuration the configuration file shows both bridges as external = 0 but both the dashboard and the firewall are treating them as external thereby blocking my traffic and isolating the machine.

Did you try again? Maybe your test was made before the release of the fix. As far as I know this has been fixed. No matter what the configuration dump says, external status for bridges is calculated each time
