Cannot start ebox-samba module. Package: ebox-samba State: installed Automatically installed: no Version: 2.0.12 Can't call method "elementByName" on an undefined value at /usr/share/perl5/EBox/Model/DataTable.pm line 3294.

This is probably due to a data corruption in your configuration, anyway it should be properly managed with the changes that were done in Zentyal 2.1, so maybe you want to give it a try to the new Zentyal 2.2-rc1 release.
