Subscription not valid, however, login to store is possible

Description

I successfully registered to Zentyal Store and "bought" a Basic Subscription (Order No. 100006224). However, if I try to link this subscription to my NAS (Core -> Subscription -> Server Abbonement), it keeps telling me that my username/password does not match. Also I'm not able to recover my password at " https://cloud.zentyal.com/reset/" which is telling me "That e-mail address doesn't have an associated user account. Are you sure you've registered?" (BTW: YES I am!).

Since I believe this is a core function to your business, I'm going to set the severity to "blocker" for your sake :-)

You're right luws.

Now it should be fixed. There was a temporal problem with the sincronisation among them.

Reopen if you still have problems.
