Multiple PPPoE connections

Description
There is seems to be no method to allow PPPoE sessions to lookup connection details in /etc/ppp/chap-secrets
It looks like [Changeset 22262] broke PPPoE connections for us.

Reverting chap-secrets from using pppoe to * fixes the problem.
