Error when installing users module

irst of all, whenever I try to install Users from Module, I get this error after I save changes:

And then when I go to users and groups and press users, I get the message which is attached to the report.

I had saved the server as 'Standalone' whenever I am installing and enabling users module.

I get exactly the same error on a clean 2.0 install migrated to 2.2 (also prevents configuring captive portal) - about to try a clean 2.2 install...

Hi Manish,

What version of Ubuntu are you using? (cat /etc/lsb-release). I have seen this kind of errors in Ubuntu 11.04, which is not yet supported.

Also, I can see in your logs some errors related with an invalid DN:

Have you check your chosen DN is correct?
