Was this a fresh install using the Zentyal installer? Or did you installed on top of an existing Ubuntu server or upgraded from a previous version?

we need to know more about your installation because we are not able to reproduce this. Could you answer jacalvo's questions, please?.

Anyway you could always use the reinstall script to delete the LDAP data and start again. The script is at /usr/share/zentyal-user/reinstall
