ldap synchro master/slave

Hye,
With the new update 14/10/2011, I can have master ldap and slave LDAP.
I have created a new user before created slave LDAP. When I enable the slave LDAP no problem. But when I create a new user the master LDAP can't arrived to synchronize with the slave ldap.
On the master no module with dependencies user-groups. I've enable LDAP in the firewall.(Master and slave) I've verified the file /etc/ldap.secret is the samme password. I ping master from slave and slave from master.
