Captures only specified Network Object(s) for Captive Portal

Similar reasoning, concepts and setup to #3370 but for the Captive Portal instead. Although unlike that scenario it is more likely that Captive Portal would be used for wireless which should have it's own NIC but similar setup scenarios like those mentioned in #3370 could benefit from such a feature.
