Tried to subscribe using a name with cyrillic characters

During installation, I chose to "pass" when asked about the basic support. Now, "Server name" - "nothing" and when I'm trying to get basic support, i get error.

sorry but names with cyrillic characters are not supported, could you choose another name only with english characters?.
