Please, attach the lgo files that you could find in /var/log/zentyal/usercorner*.log and /var/log/zentyal/*log. Otherwise we don't have any data to diagnose your error.

the error reported in the board was a different one but it caused the same problem.

I see a lot of '?' in you 'ls -ld' output. This can be cause for a encoding error. Could you give me the complete name, full name and username of the user kavasanczki (as they appear in the edit user screen).

Dear Javier! Well you see the question mark was created SID files saved before deleting! ls-l output to the screen shot I attached to my answer to exactly the names are legible. Other users have raised a question mark without the blue asked me, of course, are recorded. for example: kavasanczki.csilla etc. I hope I have a good answer to your question.

first sorry for this very late reply.

I had looked the issue and the files in /var/lib/zentyal-usercorner/sids are made with the user name, I have checked it works with a suername with a dot ('.') but maybe you have a non-ascii character in your suer name.

What is the exact username of 'kavasanczki.csilla'?. Maybe it has an accented voewl or a space or another non-expexted character?.

Dear Javier! The user names you do not use special characters. The dot "." the only exception. Accented characters are not even thought occurred to him. So it may not be the cause.

I think I had it finally fixed it with the changeset [5f6cf1483b71a78]

You can try to hotfix your server following this steps:

1) Download the new version of Auth.pm from  http://git.zentyal.org/zentyal.git/blob_plain/bfefe2cf02301039aa70ce1814e3c02a842d4827:/main/usercorner/src/EBox/UserCorner/Auth.pm

2) Use it to replace /usr/share/perl5/EBox/UserCorner/Auth.pm

3) Execute 'sudo /etc/init.d/zentyla usercorner restart'

4) Try again to login in the usercorner
