Error when adding users

Hello

I'm Ana Rosa Klinke, I work in IT company SPQR-Zentyal and use the version 2.2.3.

In one of our customers are going on an error when adding users. I provide all the necessary information but an error occurs in a function of eBox.

Hi,

It seems that your system was upgraded from 2.0 to 2.2, you need to use upgraing tool for that:  http://trac.zentyal.org/wiki/Documentation/Community/Migration

You can fix this by reinstalling users package:

/usr/share/zentyal-users/reinstall

I have similar problem. I made a backup of my zentyal 2.0 server. Then reinstalled it, putting zentyal 2.2. Then I restored my zentyal 2.0 backup to my new zentyal 2.2 system. Firstly I thought that everything is ok, but now I can't delete and add new users to my server. What can I do now? If I will execute "/usr/share/zentyal-users/reinstall" all my data will be lost, right? And I will have to input all my ~250 users from zero?
