Ese error indica que se ha hecho una petición al CGI sin pasarle el parámetro adecuado. Por ejemplo si accedes de nuevo a la URL de la instalación sin seguir los links de la interfaz. Recuerdas si hiciste algo de esto? Quizá porque pareciese que se quedaba colgado o algo...
