MP3 unable to play in MOH / Asterisk

Description

Hi,

I got several warnings when a MP3 file is in /var/lib/asterisk/moh/

Non of the moved files is playable and /var/log/asterisk/messages is giving the following error:

[Jan 2 16:47:41] WARNING[16100] file.c: File /var/lib/asterisk/mohtim_knol_-_cry does not exist in any format [Jan 2 16:47:41] WARNING[16100] res_musiconhold.c: Unable to open file '/var/lib/asterisk/mohtim_knol_-_cry': No such file or directory

It looks like the MP3 decoder pad is not working correct.
