Thanks for your report.

I need some help to sort this out. Do yoy have the CA created?. If yes, you are able to create certificates?. In case you are not able to create certificates, could you paste the raised error in this ticket?

Could you run the following 2 commands and paste in the ticket the output?.

ls -ld /var/lib/zentyal/tmp /var/lib/zentyal
ls -l /var/lib/zentyal/opens*
