Users & Groups Wont Start

Description
When i try and start Users & Groups it always has an error. the dashboard says it is running but nothing works on the users & groups pages.

Sorry for the delay, i dont get much time with this system.
I cant upload as the file is too big.
The version im using is:
zentyal-users Zentyal - Users and Groups 2.2.5
Just tried an uninstall and reinstall got this:
The packages installation has not finished correctly . More information on the logs
Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) Go to save changes

sorry but we need more information to sort things out.
What version of zentyal-users do you have?.
What kind of errors do you receive?. Could you attach the file /var/log/zentyal/zentyal.log just after raising a error.
