Hello Marcelo Viana,

I need more information to starting to look onto this. You should raise again the error and attach the file /var/log/zentyal.log to this ticket. Also attach the file /var/lib/zentyal/machines/rede/domain.xml to it.

Additionally it would be useful to have the version numbers of your installed packages (use the command 'apt-cache policy zentyal-cre zentyal-virt')

Also look into the ticket #3601, maybe your problem is the same than the ones reported there.
