Unable to see dashboard and monitoring-module graphics

Description

When I refresh the dashboard it doesn't show the interfaces graphs, just the statistics. I tried all that was suggested in the ticket #2494, but it does not work.Even graphs on monitoring-module doesn't appear. Please can anybody tell me what i should do?.
