I get this error all the time, I try to connect remotely to my Zentyal via the cloud and it says it isnt available..

Hello Shawn Bishop,
this is not a bug of Zentyal; the problem is you have broken software packages. I put the list of them at the end of the comment.
The problem should go away when you reinstall properly them.
