Hello,

this a problem of sync the slave with the master.

This error is likely caused by the maser not be able to resolve the slave hostname, thus resulting in incomplete operations synchronization.

Make sure that the master can resolve the slave hostname, either using a DNS server or via /etc/hosts files, and force a resync. (page Users and groups -> Slave status)

There is also a script to force full synchronization in the slave, use it if the setup is correct (master can resolve slave, etc) and you are unable to sync.

sudo /usr/share/zentyal-users/rejoin-slave

In 3.0 version the master/slave architecture has changed so this error not longer applies
