I can't get the basic subscribtion. how can i solve this problem?

Hello Ppa,

I need more data to pinpoint your problem.

  • if you receive any error, can you paste it here?
  • are you correctly connected to Internet
  • can you attach the file /var/log/zentyal/zentyal.log, just after retrying the subscription?

I suppose that you are using zentyal-remoteservices version 2.2.X ...
