error 49 is authentication problem. But I think that the relevant lines of your log are:

Hello,

since I don't have more feedback I will conclude this is a configuration error and not a bug.

You can try to reinstall the users module and reconfigure it again with:

/usr/share/zentyal-users/reinstall

Please, reopen if you can give me more feedback.
