Sorry, I need more feedback to solve this.

Also you could try to reinstall the Zarafa LDAP schemas with this command:

perl -MEBox -MEBox::Global -e'EBox::init(); $mf = EBox::Global->modInstance('zarafa'); $mf->performLDAPActions(); 1'
/etc/init.d/zentyal zarafa restart
