Hello K.Kadatoka,

49 is authentication error. It is a standalone server or a slave?. Do you have setup correctly the users module?.

Frequently this problem is due to using a wrong password. Could you make sure that you are putting in the slave the master password?. You can see it in the LDAP information page under the 'Users and Groups' menu

If you don't have data you could try to reinstall and setup again with:

/usr/share/zentyal-users/reinstall

if ldap pass is copied from web interface it gets a tab with it thence 49 auth error
